What’s the Process of ordering?

To place an order please use the quotation form, this is a simple form for you to complete and return to us providing some information on your requirements. We’ll go through the client brief with you.
Once both parties have determined what you need, we will ask you to pay a deposit of 50% we will then design a sample page for you to approve or comment on if you would like any changes.
When this stage has been approved we will complete everything else necessary to get
you represented on the Internet. Once both parties agree that your web site has been
designed to your complete satisfaction we will publish the site for you. You will
then receive an invoice for the balance -
We can take care of every aspect of getting your company on the Internet for details please use the quotation form so we can give you a unique cost.
Minor amendments are FREE for the first year once your site is ‘live’
Major amendments or additions are chargeable; however, we always confirm prices before undertaking any work.

Stock photographs from our own library or your camera included
Your site search engineered and basic optimisation from the start

Research for web site content, liaison with suppliers and distributors etc. £25.00 per hour.
Additional dynamic content, blogs, forums, access control features etc. £25.00 per hour.
Support for configuration/installation of web site & email facilities (FTP access if required): Onsite: £45.00 per hour / Offsite: £35.00 per hour
Using up to 30 of your supplied images: £45.00 + additional page fee (see above)
Flash Photo Banner (Using up to 6 of your supplied images: £35.00)
Flash Photo Gallery & Banner, including the services of a professional photographer and 1 extra page: £175.00 + any travelling expenses which may be incurred
Additional Pages: £95.00 each
Additional content -
Editing, amending or maintaining existing content £35.00 per hour*
*There is the option available of paying an additional £75.00 annual fee with your renewal fees which offers unlimited editing, amending or maintenance of your web site for 12 months.
